August 2008 -  Having been in the real estate business for 20 years, I have definitely witnessed change. One of the changes that intrigues me the most is how buyers can utilize technology to assist in finding and purchasing a home. I thought it would be helpful to share some of the tools that are available through my website:

• Custom Online Search
  For buyers that are not immediately seeking property, but want to keep an eye on the market or those that would prefer to view homes on their computer prior to braving the heat of Fresno, this option is an excellent one. Buyers will be emailed the moment a home that fits their search terms appears and can be narrowed down to certain cross streets, school district, price per square foot, or even foreclosures.
• Open House Search
  For those who want to ease into the house hunt, visiting Open Houses can be an excellent start. You can search scheduled Open Houses for homes posted by Fresno realtors for upcoming weekends by clicking above.
• Free Home Valuation:
  By filling out information online I can provide you with a current market value of your home.
• Electronic Signatures:
  This feature makes a world of difference for traveling or busy buyers or sellers. As long as there is access to the internet, contracts are routinely reviewed and signed online for our office transactions.

PENNER TEAM NEWS! Aubrey’s Debut! The latest peach princess of the Smittcamp clan made her public debut this past week. Blake and Cherie, along with their parents, stood in front of their congregation at the Well Community Church and dedicated Aubrey Rose Smittcamp to the Lord. This serves as a public declaration of the intention to raise up Aubrey to love the Lord her God. Almost six months old, Aubrey is thoroughly enjoying her role as the only grandchild in the Penner and Smittcamp families. There are always open arms to hold her and endless kisses for this little girl. We can’t wait to see what the future will bring for her.
