Penner Team Profile

Jo-Linda’s journey to real estate began in an unconventional manner.  She attended Fresno State University receiving a Bachelor’s Degree in History.  From there she went on to get a Master’s Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling.  With a growing family, Jo-Linda decided to make a move away from counseling and along the way she received a phone call from Jesse Penner.  This simple phone call turned into an amazing journey.  Jo-Linda started in real estate as a transaction coordinator for the Penner Team.  Learning the ins and outs of a transaction, she began to thrive.  As her knowledge grew, she became more and more interested in the world of real estate.  Shortly after joining the team, Jo-Linda decided to get her license and never looked back. Now she specializes in marketing, web development, client care, and oversees each transaction.  She is the Swiss army knife of real estate.  Her top goal is to make each transaction as seamless as possible, providing top customer care.
